Itinerary

Day 1: Monday, October 7, 2024 (arrive in Boston)
The day has arrived, and we will take our flight from Tampa into Boston. Personal arrangements will need to be made to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Feel free to explore and enjoy but be sure to rest up for the next day’s tour to begin.
Day 2: Tuesday, October 8, 2024
You are here in the largest city of New England. We will first explore downtown Boston on the common Freedom trail. Experience lunch and a little shopping at Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. After lunch, the group will take a brief stop to see Harvard University and then make its way back to the hotel. We will enjoy a nice dinner in the city and rest up for the next day’s adventure.
Day 3: Wednesday, October 9, 2024
On this day we will step back in time to the day when Paul Revere warned local militia of the British coming and you’ll see where the first “shot heard round the world” was fired. After lunch at a colonial style restaurant, we will make our way east to Northampton, MA where Jonathan Edwards was pastor and sparked the First Great Awakening.
Day 4: Thursday, October 10, 2024
We will make our way to the western part of Massachusetts and visit the homestead and burial place of the wonderful evangelist D.L. Moody. After a stroll through this beautiful piece of property in Northfield, we will head over to Williamstown to see where American missions was birthed.
Day 5: Friday, October 11, 2024
After brief stops in Bennington and Plymouth VT, we will see some of the beauty of the Green Mountain State before we make our final stop for the day at Quechee Gorge, Vermont’s Little Grand Canyon.
Day 6: Saturday, October 12, 2024
Enjoy the colors as we travel on the well-known Kancamagus Highway towards the White Mountains. You’ll have opportunity to stretch your legs as we take a hike on the Flume Gorge Trail. Experience a wonderful stay with the mountains in view.
Day 7: Sunday, October 13, 2024
On this Lord’s Day we will encounter a New England church service. After lunch, the bus will make its way to the coast of Maine. We will visit and walk the Marginal way in Ogunquit and then spend the early evening at Nubble Lighthouse located in Cape Neddick. While there, we will have a short devotional as the sun sets.
Day 8: Monday, October 14, 2024
We will make our way back to Boston and spend one more day exploring this fantastic and historically rich city.
Day 9: Tuesday, October 15, 2024
Get ready to depart as we will head back home with hearts full of God’s goodness and soul’s enriched by the beauty of God’s creation.
